Returns & Exchanges

Cowboy Cool accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or items which are not in their original condition with original tags attached and undamaged packaging. We do not accept exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.

Please note we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other stores or websites.

If we are unable to complete the requested exchange or replace/repair the returned item(s), we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card, credit or refund back to your original payment method.

These situations are typically dependent upon inventory levels of the respective item(s) being returned.

All refunds are only made back to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable the refund will be issued to a digital store gift card.

If a return is associated with an order that included a "free item with the order", the free item MUST be included in the return.

All sales are final on sale items; returns are not accepted on sale items under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Returns
All international sales are final and are not eligible for free returns or exchanges of merchandise; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. This applies except in cases where the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Transit times for returns may vary and can take up to 6 weeks. The customer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and additional fees.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
