Returns & Exchanges

Cowboy Cool accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or items which are not in their original condition with original tags attached and undamaged packaging. We do not accept exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.

Please note we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other stores or websites.

In the case of return for refund, please note that we do not refund the original or return shipping charges. In the case of a return for exchange or store credit, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed once received. A $5.00 restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except for damaged or defective item(s).

If we are unable to complete the requested exchange or replace/repair the returned item(s), we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card, credit or refund back to your original payment method.

These situations are typically dependent upon inventory levels of the respective item(s) being returned.

All refunds are only made back to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable the refund will be issued to a digital store gift card.

If a return is associated with an order that included a "free item with the order", the free item MUST be included in the return.

All sales are final on sale items; returns are not accepted on sale items under any circumstances.
