Returns & Exchanges
Cowboy Cool accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or items which are not in their original condition with original tags attached and undamaged packaging. We do not accept exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.Please note we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other stores or websites.In the case of return for refund, please note that we do not refund the original or return shipping charges. In the case of a return for exchange or store credit, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed once received. A $5.00 restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except for damaged or defective item(s).Ā If we are unable to complete the requested exchange or replace/repair the returned item(s), we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card, credit or refund back to your original payment method.These situations are typically dependent upon inventory levels of the respective item(s) being returned.All refunds are only made back to the original payment method. All merchandise orders are fulfilled on business days within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11am CST on Friday will ship the next business day (first non-holiday after the weekend).
Once fulfilled, orders are shipped depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Shipments deliver within 4-10 business days to most US locations, but we have noticed they usually deliver faster than that.
