Returns & Exchanges

Below are some of are common questions about orders

What is your return policy?

Our Return Policy is straightforward and customer-friendly. If you're not completely satisfied with your Cowboy Cool purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Includes all original tags
  • In the original, undamaged packaging

We'll process your return in 5-7 business days, and here's what you can expect:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We'll cover return shipping for exchanges
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method

A few important notes:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Cowboy Cool
  • Free items included in your original order must also be returned

There is a problem with order. What do I do?

Send an email to info@cowboycool.com and let us know the error with your order. We’ll be more than happy to make things right as soon as possible.

Order Status

When will my order be shipped?

All merchandise orders are fulfilled on business days within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11am CST on Friday will ship the next business day (first non-holiday after the weekend).

When will my order be delivered?

Once fulfilled, orders are shipped depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Shipments deliver within 4-10 business days to most US locations, but we have noticed they usually deliver faster than that.

I made a mistake on my order/ shipping address / etc. How do I edit it?

Send an email to info@cowboycool.com with the changes you need made, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.

I forgot to apply a discount code at checkout. What can I do?

Send an email to info@cowboycool.com and let us know, and we can apply the discount for you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, feel free to email us at info@cowboycool.com and we’ll send you your tracking information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is typically available for all U.S. orders over a specific amount. Please see the current threshold above the navigation bar.

When will my order be shipped?
Shipping Timeframe
  • We process and ship all merchandise orders within 48 hours of order receipt
  • Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during business hours
  • Cut-off time for same-day processing is 11:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST)
Important Details
  • Orders received after 11:00 AM CST will ship on the next business day
  • We do not process shipments on Weekends or Federal Holidays.
Example Scenarios
  • Order placed Monday at 10:00 AM: Ships same day
  • Order placed Monday at 2:00 PM: Ships Tuesday
  • Order placed Friday at 12:00 PM: Ships the following Monday (if not a holiday)

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Can you ship to an address that's outside the U.S.A.?

At this time we only offer international shipping to Canada.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, in order to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each address.

Size & Fit

How do I find my size?

You can find a "size chart" for each item located to the right of the size label on the product's page.

I usually wear a certain size in another brand. What size should I get?

Cowboy Cool sizes are true-to-size. We usually suggest choosing the same size you typically wear in other brands.
